Conflict Resolution Training

Understanding and managing conflict in work settings

This course will enable delegates to be able to recognise conflict and learn new strategies to manage conflict within their settings whether it is between adults, staff and students, students and peers or staff and parents.

The course content includes:
•    What is conflict?
•    How do we respond to conflict?
•    Communication styles
•    Self-awareness
•    Red flags – negative behaviour triggers
•    Punishment v. Justice

Target Audience: Primary and secondary Learning Mentors, Behaviour Mentors, HLTA’s, TA’s and other school staff who support pupils with their behaviour.

This training is delivered via Zoom. The cost is negotiable for groups of 4 or more from the same setting.
