Pupil Workshops

Our trainers and mentors deliver standard and bespoke programmes to support children and young people gain the skills needed to make positive choices and enhance their ability to become successful motivated learners

Transition Workshops

This workshop will enable children to explore different aspects and reservations they have about transitions and develop the skills and confidence to manage their transitions.

Conflict Resolution Workshops

An opportunity for young people to explore their understanding of the word conflict with a focus on developing resolution skills and recognising key triggers. Self awareness and emotional literacy skills will also be developed.

Social & Emotional Development Workshops

Children & young people explore their personal understanding of developing relationships/friendships and develop their social skills and how to effectively use them. Emotional literacy is explored as well as gaining a deeper understanding of difference in others.

One to One Mentoring

An opportunity for children and young people to receive one to one mentoring support to help them overcome any barriers to their learning and achievement. 

 

Guidance is provided to encourage a positive mindset, improve motivation, self-belief and behaviour.

Raising Motivation & Aspirations Workshops

Children & young people will be supported to explore their personal aspirations, self evaluate and target set to achieve goals.  They will also develop their critical thinking to encourage them to think more deeply about school, their personal rate of learning, their learning styles, and the development of key skills.

Gang Awareness Workshops

This workshop will provide young people with a definition and understanding of a gang and deter them from becoming involved in gangs.

Preventing Engagement in Youth Crime

Students will gain an understanding of the impact of youth crime and develop  skills to help them avoid making negative choices.
