One to One Supportive Supervision

What is Supervision
Supervision is a regular, planned support that develops the knowledge, skills and values of individuals or groups/ teams.  Its purpose is to monitor the progress of professional practice and help staff to reflect and improve the quality of the work they do, thus improving outcomes for children as well as achieving agreed objectives.  Supervision also provides an opportunity to discuss sensitive issues and any concerns raised about an individual or colleague’s practice.  Supervision helps to reduces staff burn out, stress and time off work for stress related illness.  We specialise in providing supervision for Safeguarding Leads, SENCOs, Family Support Workers & Learning Mentors.
