Conflict Resolution Development Workshop

Service Description

The pupils will:- • Explore a personal understanding of the term Conflict and focus on resolution skills • Develop a deeper understanding of the skills involved in resolving conflict and recognising the key triggers and being able to reduce and redirect the potential of conflict • Develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and emotional literacy skills, and to broaden the ability to self-govern and take responsibility of own actions and thoughts Course Content: • Communication skills – Active listening and body language • Focus/concentration and its importance • Knowing self – red flags • Emotional literacy • Role play Training Delivery: Pupils are encouraged to value their imagination and create plans for both short and long term goals. The programme will utilise role play, interactive games, multimedia use and target setting. Cost: The cost is based on two workshop per morning or afternoon for 6 weeks. The workshops are delivered as one session a week over 6 weeks and can accommodate small groups or a whole class.
