Service Description

This course will help staff understand what Emotional Literacy is and how it can be used to enhance positive behaviour in pupils. Course Content: • What is Emotional Literacy? • How does it impact on the work you do? • Communication styles • Benefits of Emotional Intelligence • How to imbed the development into practice Target Audience: Primary and secondary Learning Mentors, Behaviour Mentors, HLTA’s, TA’s and other staff who support pupils with their behaviour. This course can also be delivered in your work place at a date and time to suit your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

• Making an application does not automatically guarantee a place. Notification will be sent out within two weeks to confirm whether or not an application has been successful. • Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice, otherwise the full fee will be payable. No refunds can be made for applicants who fail to attend the entire course.
